McCoy was selected as a Parker Ranch Foundation Trust Trustee in December 2007.

His many qualifications include that of licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Certified Review Appraiser (CRA) and Counselors of Real Estate (CRE).

He is currently a Director with Reyn’s Corporation, Chairman of the Finance Committee, St. Francis Healthcare System, Director and Campaign Vice Chairman for the Aloha United Way , and Director for the Hawaii Housing Development Corporation.

His past community involvement has included service as Board Chair and Campaign Chair for Aloha United Way, Director, St. Francis Medical Center – West, Director and Project Business Teacher, Junior Achievement of Hawaii, Director, Maryknoll Schools, Director, Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, Capital Fundraising Committee Chair, Seagull Schools, a member of the Investment Committee for the Hawaii Heart Association, and recipient of the National Society of Fundraising Executives’ 1995 Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser Award.

McCoy holds a bachelors degree from the University of the Pacific and an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii . He is also a graduate of Stanford University ‘s Business Executive Program.
